My Very First Journal!

Hmmmm... so I've never written one of these thingies before but everyone else does and they're just so attractive and everyone else does it, so why not?

Well, I'm not so sure what to tell you about so I'll tell you a little bit about my current life!

I just finished up my first year of college (woo!) and I'm currently searching for a summer job (boo)! My dream is to become a freelance/corporate graphic design artist and travel the world with my future naval officer husband! I've always loved art, but never thought I would make it anywhere with it. I actually wanted to be a veterinarian up until halfway through my senior year of high school, but then my wonderful fiance pointed out graphic design to me and helped me to become who I am today! I was never really good at any type of science, anyway. BUT I do LOVE art! In fact, I've been using deviantart ever since I was a wee one but never joined because I didn't think anyone would be too interested in my artwork. Thankfully, I decided to join and now I get to share my art with all of you! How wonderful! Right now, my fiance is off to Navy OCS for 12 weeks to become a surface warfare officer and while time without him is difficult, I know God will pull us through! (Plus it gives me time to make cool arts for you guys ) Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy what I have to share with you! It's been a pleasure!
